1. Aceptación

Estos Términos de Uso regulan el uso del juego BloqDrop (la "App"), disponible en la Solana dApp Store y en beticobetico.github.io/bloqdrop. Al descargar, instalar o jugar la App aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.

2. La App

BloqDrop es un juego casual de rompecabezas de bloques. Es gratuito y no contiene compras dentro de la app. Puedes jugar sin cuenta; si quieres participar en el ranking diario, puedes indicar tu dirección pública de Solana. La App nunca te pide tu frase secreta ni que firmes transacciones, y no procesa pagos de los usuarios.

2b. Concurso diario

La App incluye un concurso diario gratuito con premio en SKR para la puntuación más alta del día, regido por las Reglas del concurso, que forman parte de estos términos.

3. Licencia de uso

Te otorgamos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la App en tus dispositivos con fines personales y no comerciales.

4. Conducta del usuario

No debes: (a) copiar, modificar, descompilar o aplicar ingeniería inversa a la App, salvo en la medida permitida por la ley; (b) usar la App con fines ilegales; (c) intentar interferir con su funcionamiento o con los servidores que la alojan; ni (d) redistribuir o vender la App o partes de ella.

5. Propiedad intelectual

La App, su código, diseño, gráficos, nombre y logotipo son propiedad de su desarrollador o de sus licenciantes y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. Estos términos no te transfieren ningún derecho de propiedad.

6. Privacidad

Si participas en el ranking, guardamos tu dirección pública de wallet y tus puntuaciones. Consulta la Política de Privacidad.

7. Servicios de terceros

La App se distribuye a través de la Solana dApp Store se aloja en GitHub Pages y el ranking usa Supabase. El uso de esas plataformas se rige por sus propios términos y políticas, y no somos responsables de ellas.

8. Sin garantías

La App se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas las de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin particular y no infracción. No garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones ni errores.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, el desarrollador no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes, ni de pérdida de datos (incluido tu récord), derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de usar la App.

10. Cambios y terminación

Podemos actualizar, modificar o retirar la App, y cambiar estos términos, en cualquier momento. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página con su fecha de actualización. Si sigues usando la App después de un cambio, aceptas los nuevos términos. Puedes dejar de usar la App cuando quieras desinstalándola.

11. Menores de edad

La App es apta para todo público. Si eres menor de edad, usa la App con el permiso de tu madre, padre o tutor.

12. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Dominicana, sin perjuicio de los derechos que te otorguen las leyes de protección al consumidor de tu país de residencia.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of the BloqDrop game (the "App"), available on the Solana dApp Store and at beticobetico.github.io/bloqdrop. By downloading, installing or playing the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

BloqDrop is a casual block-puzzle game. It is free and contains no in-app purchases. You can play without an account; to join the daily leaderboard you may provide your public Solana address. The App never asks for your secret phrase or for you to sign transactions, and it does not process user payments.

2b. Daily contest

The App includes a free daily contest with an SKR prize for the day's highest score, governed by the Contest Rules, which form part of these terms.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. User conduct

You must not: (a) copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the App, except as permitted by law; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to interfere with its operation or the servers hosting it; or (d) redistribute or sell the App or any part of it.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its code, design, graphics, name and logo are owned by its developer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Privacy

If you join the leaderboard, we store your public wallet address and scores. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

The App is distributed through the Solana dApp Store hosted on GitHub Pages, and the leaderboard uses Supabase. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, for which we are not responsible.

8. No warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data (including your high score), arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes and termination

We may update, modify or discontinue the App, and change these terms, at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the new terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Minors

The App is suitable for all ages. If you are a minor, use the App with the permission of a parent or guardian.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without prejudice to any rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
